The Health Care Services Provider Selection Regime: a review of the first two years

The South West Administrative Lawyers’ Association (SWALA) and the Procurement Lawyers’ Association are excited to announce a forthcoming joint event to discuss the first two years of operation of the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
